Matrimony

At least one member of a couple wishing to celebrate the Sacrament of Matrimony at St. Josephs must be a registered and active parishioner.

Couples must make their marriage preparation a priority in their life. A minimum six-month preparation time is established by Archdiocesan policy and includes several events with the Archdiocese of Duluth and the St. Josephs requiring a significant time commitment on the part of the couple. Those who do not fulfill these requirements will need to postpone their marriage until they are fulfilled in their entirety.
